17/06/2009: MHT retention reports from April 2009 will be based on PDUs in treatment, rather than all clients 18 and over, in line with CQC assessment definitions. The new PDU-based figures have been uploaded today, replacing the previously published figures for April 2009.

The National Drug Treatment Monitoring System forms part of the work of the National Treatment Agency for Substance Misuse. All services that provide structured treatment for drug and/or alcohol users are asked to submit data to NDTMS.
This information is analysed by the National Drug Evidence Centre to produce the figures published via this web portal.
