Report viewer replacement update

NDTMS report viewer replacement

You may be aware of the ongoing issues with accessing the NDTMS report viewer from NDTMS.Net. While we seek a long-term solution, the reports contained within the report viewer will be made available directly from the secure area of ndtms.net, rather than from the report viewer,  from around 3PM on Monday 14^th June 2021. This solution should provide a more consistent stable platform while we look to develop a longer term solution.

To minimise the changes you will face as a user, we have retained the report viewer link in the top navigation banner of the website. The page itself has been replaced with links to each individual interactive report (such as DOMES or Activity Report) along with downloadable Excel reports from January 2021 onwards and associated guidance. Earlier Excel reports are not currently available via this interim solution as we wanted to ensure that we provide this service to you as quickly as possible. They can be made available on request if required.

Temporary unavailability of quarterly young people monitoring reports on Report Viewer

Unfortunately, the following quarterly young people reports are not currently available on the Report Viewer. We have needed to temporarily remove them due to a technical issue with the data. We are working on resolving this and they should be available again early w/c 7^th June 2021. Please accept our apologies for the inconvenience this causes.

Parents with alcohol and drug problems: support resources released 10/05/2021

Report Viewer now available

We are pleased to inform you that the NDTMS Report Viewer is now accessible (https://www.ndtms.net/ReportViewer). Please accept our apologies for the recent prolonged downtime that you have experienced. We are working on suitable contingency plans that should provide access to the NDTMS reports in the event of any future unavailability and we will notify you in due course once it is in place.
