PROVIDER ACTIVITY REPORT  Q1 16/17 – *REVISED*

 Unfortunately there was an error in the provider activity report which was introduced from the Q1 2016/17 version that was released on 18^th August 2016.

 It meant that tables 4.2 , 7.2 , 9.1 , 14.11 and 14.13 were populated with partnership level data and therefore you may have noticed that the numbers in these tables were significantly higher than the rest of the report. This error was corrected on the 24/08/2016 17:00 .
