NDTMS Downtime

YP Excel Export available
The Excel Export function has now been reinstated for all YP Quarterly Reports following amendments to the template to allow for new reporting items. The Quarter 1 reports have also been updated to the new template, which adds a number of items to the report. All YP Quarterly reports can now be exported as usual.
