Reporting Update Q1 2018-19
Dear colleague
Unfortunately, due to an IT hardware failure impacting on our monthly reporting process we have needed to delay the release of reports for Q1 2018-19. Please accept our apologies for this.
We will need to delay reporting until next Thursday 6th September 2018 for the majority of outputs. The remaining outputs, which we are providing significant updates to, will be released the following week (13th September).
Details of the report changes for Q1 reports
- DOMES – we have updated DOMES to include the changes agreed at ADM in late Spring (child contact with social care, identified clients receiving treatment for mental health need, smoking cessation interventions provided to clients that smoke, clients referred to hep C treatment and unmet need rates for opiate users and crack users distinctly).
- Adult Provider Activity Report – we have updated this report to include CDSN fields in line with the partnership report.
- YP Activity Report – this report has also been updated to include CDSN fields.
- YP Executive Summary – this report has been automated and will be an online report rather than download only.
- Sub-Intervention Review Report – a new quarterly report that provides an overview of treatment and recovery support interventions delivered locally at LA and provider level.
- Client Information Review Report – a new quarterly report that provides an overview of CIR completion at LA and provider level.
- Client Information Review - Blood Borne Viruses Latest Status Report – a new report that provides an overview of BBV indicator values at triage and at CIR stage for new presentations at LA and provider level.
A new timetable is available on the report viewer but the revised Q1 dates are also included at the end of this communication.
Apologies again for this unavoidable delay and for the inconvenience this is inevitably causes.
