The Evidence Application Team is currently experiencing IT problems preventing us from processing NDTMS data. These problems stem from the team transitioning from PHE to DHSC systems. We don’t have confirmation from ICT colleagues yet as to when we can expect these issues to be resolved.
These IT faults have caused delays to the publication of August data reports. The team is aiming to release the August reports alongside Q2 reporting, currently scheduled for 24/11/22. But given that ICT colleagues are unsure how long these faults will take to fix that date is subject to change.
Please accept our apologies for any inconvenience this may cause.

The Evidence Application Team is inviting you to share your experience of how you currently use NDTMS management reports. We are looking to improve the ways we help you use NDTMS data, and we would initially like to understand which reporting products you currently use and more specifically, what data you routinely focus on within those products. The survey can be found here: https://consultations.dhsc.gov.uk/628e16a604fe5221ee3fb456
This is the first of several consultations about NDTMS reports, but please bear in mind that this consultation is about the reports and the data contained within them and not about the NDTMS core dataset, which is consulted on separately every 2 years.
We encourage you to share this survey with other NDTMS report users, particularly if you are not the main user of the data in your organisation. To do so please copy and paste the following link:
The survey will be open until the end of August. It will take about 15 minutes to complete. We hope that you take the opportunity to help us shape NDTMS reporting in the future.
