Delay with Q4 2018-19 reporting
Unfortunately an error has been identified in the March NDTMS data whereby the gender on some records were reclassified impacting on the calculation of individuals.
This has only come to light during our sense checking of reports prior to release. Please accept our apologies for this, PHE is working to rectify this issue as quickly as possible. The Q4 reports that have already been published have been removed from the Report Viewer (YP Executive Summary and the prison reports) and we would ask users to delete any local copies of these reports pending their re-release. We will be aiming to reissue all Q4 reports on Thursday 24th and Friday 25th May in line with the scheduled release of DOMES.
Apologies again for this further delay and for the inconvenience this is inevitably causes.

Following the cyber security incident on Friday the Report Viewer’s external server connections have been taken offline as a precautionary measure.
Any reports which rely on these connections will return an error when accessed. Download-only reports will continue to be available.
Connections will be restored as soon as possible once security patches have been applied.
We apologize for the inconvenience and will keep you updated.
